Terms of use: what this guide is, and what it is not
Reading these pages means accepting a handful of conditions. There are few of them, since nothing here takes deposits, logins or personal details — the site only explains.
BetUp game · casino lobby for India
Information, not advice
Everything here describes how a casino lobby, its games and its cashier work. It is not financial or legal advice and not a promise of any result. Games of chance can lose money on every round; nothing on this site changes that.
No tie to BetUp
The site is independent. BetUp, BetUp 777 and the names of games and studios belong to their owners and appear here only to say what we are writing about. We do not operate, represent or speak for any of them.
The paid button
One button on this site leads to a casino on a separate platform, and that platform pays us when a visitor registers and plays. Its terms — including the welcome pack described on the bonus page — are its own and can change; the version shown on its cashier screen is the binding one.
Age and local rules
Real-money play is for people aged 18 and over. Rules on online play differ between Indian states and change over time; checking what applies where you live is your responsibility.
Accuracy
Pages about other people's products age: a limit moves, an offer is rewritten, a landing page changes overnight. When that happens and someone points it out to info@betupgame.app, the page is fixed — but no outside page is promised to stay the way it was described.
Changes
If a condition here is reworded, the headline date moves with it; the version you are reading is the current one.
